Wenn es sich seit den Xbox360 Zeiten nicht geändert hat ist gerade Microsoft was den Service angeht sehr kulant. 
Ich hab es nun anders lösen können
Man kann auch die Festplatte einer anderen Xbox One Klonen. Das hat mir ein Reparaturshop in Wien nun gemacht. 30€. Eine 1,5TB Platte hatte ich schon vorher von Amazon gekauft. Wollt sie wieder zurück schicken aber nun geht es doch.
Da ich es nicht selbst Klonen konnte hab ich einfach die Platte hingebracht und paar Stunden später wieder abgeholt
Der wollte mehr wegen Einbau etc, aber das hab ich selbst gemacht. Box war eh schon offen vom ersten Versuch. YouTube hat mir hier sehr geholfen
Nur torx Schraubenzieher musste ich mir ausborgen. Hatte nur normale
So ich hätte dann einen Shock2Club auf Xbox Live eröffnet. Hoffe das geht so für @SHOCK okay.

Ich weiss nicht mit welchem Update dies kam, aber ich habs durch das Preview Programm (dafür habe ich tausende Updates) schon ein paar Wochen. Was alles mit den Clubs möglich ist, ist mir auch noch nicht 100% klar. 
Bei mir gibts das nicht… muss ich wohl noch warten.
